Because our crochet items are handmade and often custom-made, we generally do not accept returns.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a clear issue with quality, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item.
Our team will review the issue and provide the best possible solution.

Once an issue is confirmed, refunds or compensation (partial refund, remake) will be processed within 3–5 business days, depending on the situation.

We ship worldwide, including the United States, Europe, and many other countries.
